The Position:
We are seeking a Restoration Crew Chief for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration projects. Responsibilities include specialty mitigation services, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, and content move-outs and pack-ins. The Restoration Crew Chief will also oversee and support
Restoration Technicians assigned to the project. The pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour with certifications (negotiable based on
experience).
Responsibilites:
- Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned restoration projects
- Direct and supervise Restoration Technicians and Laborers
- Evaluate and enhance competence and quality of team members
- Ensure compliance with project documentation protocols
- Maintain excellent customer communication and relations
Requirements:
- Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning
- Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel out of town
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen
- Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) preferred
